After order online, you will receive an email confirmation contains order details. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 2 business days after the payment received. However, it may take a little longer due to some circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.
For orders outside of Australia, international shipping rates apply.
If the purchase does not match its description as provided or product received is not the product ordered, contact us within 2 business days from the time you receive the product. Please email us at info@cradlecoastolives.com.au within that time so we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to product damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if the product has been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. Cradle Coast Olives will not be responsible for theft, lost or damaged goods during transit.
